Recruitment, pre-screening and interviews

Give us the role and requirements. Workastra will prepare a recruitment plan and handle the agreed selection work.

  • Identify and approach suitable people from available profiles and agreed recruitment channels.
  • Check their interest, availability and relevant experience, and conduct agreed initial interviews.
  • Provide a written outreach summary and present interested candidates who meet the agreed criteria.

We agree the role, number of approaches and interviews, deadline and price before work starts. A recruitment project is quoted separately from Boost Start at €99. The number of suitable applicants and hires is not guaranteed.

Calls and interviews in Slovak. Other languages require agreed translation support or an interpreter; written communication can be translated.

Employment and assignment arrangements

Direct recruitment or temporary assignment through Workastra is assessed individually, within the applicable authorisations. Work or residence status and the country of work must be checked before any assignment.

  • You receive a written outcome and a recommended next step. If both sides are interested, we help establish contact.

Scope of the €99 package

One organisation in Slovakia and one brief. A phone call and an email, with one follow-up if needed: up to 3 contact attempts in total. Preparation, communication and the written summary are included within 120 minutes of combined team work. We confirm the organisation, scope and delivery date before you order. This is a one-off service.

Personal visits, travel, interpreters, certified translations, legal services, official fees and full recruitment are quoted separately. Translation-assisted written communication for this brief is included.

We deliver the agreed outreach and written summary. A reply, meeting, contract or placement is not guaranteed.

€99 final price. Workastra is not a VAT payer. Cross-border invoicing is checked individually.

  • We speak Slovak with the decision-maker on your behalf, check staffing needs or agency capacity and discuss terms. A workplace visit is included when specified in the proposal.
  • The goal is a specific request or cooperation interest confirmed in writing: roles, worker numbers, location, timing, basic terms and the next step.
Agreed goal and scope

Before ordering, we agree on a measurable goal, its acceptance criteria, deadline, work scope and final price, including any visit and travel. The proposal may separate preparation and success fees. A partner confirmation supports the outcome; a report alone does not achieve the goal. Partner decisions, contracts, placements and permits are not guaranteed. Work beyond the agreed scope requires a new agreement.

How we communicate

We communicate in writing in any language with translation support.

Phone calls and in-person discussions are conducted in Slovak. A video call in another language is available only by prior agreement, with tested translation support or an interpreter.

Regulated and legal work is handled only within the relevant authorisations or by qualified partners. Authorities decide on permits. Public EURES services are free; any quote covers our own agreed coordination.
